Double room next to shared bathroom

In the heart of ST Leonard’s we are offering a beautiful room with large bathroom, walki in shower and rolled top bath . This bathroom has only ever used as a guest bathroom . If we have a visitor they will use this, but this only once a year, otherwise it’s yours to use solely. We are a family of four with two children aged 17 and 12 and two outdoor cats. We offer all bills included and fresh linen, garden and full use of our large kitchen and utensils. You
have the beach 5 mins away and the train at 1 min walk from the house. You are central to all the swanky shops and coffee shops. It’s a private house with security and very well cared for. We are looking for a professional or student nurse who will appreciate our home. You have parking outside the house for free. Bus routes are very accessible. I am looking for a trust worthy person who’s tidy, and respectful. My house is very large and very clean and beautifully decorated. It’s a lovely home. No smoking at all in our house. Sorry no couples.
