2 double rooms of entire flat.

Hi everyone, I have 2 spacious double rooms both with dual aspect windows available to rent. My partner and I have kitted out the rooms with everything needed for someone to move straight into.

(Tv, wardrobe, brand new double bed etc)

We’re looking for courteous new flatmates to move into our beautiful home.

The house is finished to a high standard, with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and the beachfront about 200 meters away, as well as a beautiful local park right across the street.

A little about us:

We’re working professionals, we are big foodies and are always cooking up feasts. During the week’s were both pretty busy with work but on weekends we enjoy long dog walks, eating out, occasional dinner parties and all the usual things.

We’re offering both rooms with all bills included for ease, that includes rent, water, electricity, council tax, internet, Netflix, Disney plus, Prime video - we don’t have a tv licence so no live Tv I’m afraid.

We have a lounge with TV set up so feel free to use that.
