We are about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main Conquest Hospital.
Or a 5 minute bus drive.

Hi, my name is Simon, I live in my home, which has another 5 rooms let to very carefully picked lodgers, It's a lovely family home, I am young at heart, light-hearted, kind and gentle, and easy going.

My home is registered as a HMO, which follows the most strict regulations for room lets, and house share, fitted with the latest in fire proofing, alarmes, emergency lighting, and tons of other regulations I follow. So you can be sure my home is as safe as you can get!

Accommodation.

I have one Short term (ONLY), about 3 months, Single room with a single bed which is perfect for one person, all bills are paid and nothing else to pay.
its £500 a month for a single person, and £100 deposit.
This room is directly opposite the bathroom.

It has a shared kitchen with oven, gas hob,
Utility room _ washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster.

There is a large private driveway, with electric gates.
And the pedestrian gate is also an electric gate.

The whole house is fitted with security cameras.

There is a bus stop 1 min walk from the house which goes to Hastings.
We are a 15 minute walk from Sainsburys, Dunelm, McDonalds and 10 minutes to our local convenience store and post office.

We are just off the A 21 which goes straight to London.

The conquest hospital is about a 15 to 20 min walk.

We are also a 40 minute walk to our local village which has a wonderful butchers called Archers, there is a lovely hairdressers, church and beauty salon, and also a local doctors and dentist.

You are also welcome to cook for yourself, and have your own cupboard for food and space in the fridge and freezer.

All bills are included, council tax, water, electric, gas.

Smoking is only allowed outside, but vaping can be in the house,

The present rooms have very respectable people living here, which is a Doctor, Social worker, and three more lovely quiet working people.
