The double room is in my bright and spacious top (2nd) floor flat, in a beautiful, detached period villa that has just been renovated in central St Leonards.
The double bedroom with king sized bed is at the back of the flat and is lovely and quiet as it looks over the gardens. It also has use of a private toilet next door.
There is also a shared bathroom downstairs with freestanding bath and shower, a big kitchen/diner & a private garden out the back
St Lens Warrior Sq train station is just 5 mins away - as are lots of lovely bars, restaurants, shops and galleries within Central St Leonards, including the buzzy Kings Road and Norman Road.
The beach is 10mins down the hill (distant views seen from the kitchen!) and we also have the lovely Gensing and St Leonards gardens about 5 mins walk.
