Friendly, clean and tidy person sought for fully-furnished/fully-equipped large, comfortable double room with shared use of a living room and kitchen/breakfast room, in ideal, quiet and pretty, St. Leonards-on-Sea conservation area location. We're just a short walk from the seafront, St. Leonards Warrior Square Station, shops and nightlife of St. Leonards. There are also direct buses from outside our house to the station, Hastings town centre, shops, Conquest Hospital, etc. Lots of storage space and fast internet. Accommodation is on the 2nd floor of a very large, safe & fiendly family home. With so much space you can be as private or as interactive as you want. Most people are very happy here. Don't be offended that we are very careful about whom we choose, as they need to be a good fit, to preserve the harmonious atmosphere. Ideally we are looking for a quiet, friendly, professional.
