Room in Large Flat with Sea Views in St Leonards

We are looking for a tidy housemate to share our flat in St Leonard’s. It’s a large, bright flat with amazing sea views, split over two floors at the top of the building. It’s on a quiet residential street off Church Road, near Warrior Square, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, train station and all the shops, bars and restaurants of central St Leonards.

We'd particularly like to hear from resident doctors moving to Hastings for the first time. Our current housemate is working at Conquest and after a very happy year with us, is moving out into her own place over the summer (exact date to be agreed).

We are a gay couple who live between St Leonards and London one of whom works in theatre and one in media. We split our time so won't always be at home - you'll likely have the whole place to yourself a fair amount of the time. We are generally around most weekends, and sometimes one or both of us work from home part of the week too.
