Lodger sought for furnished and fully-equipped large, comfortable double room with great sea views, within a fully-equipped guest suite in a quiet street in the best part of St. Leonards-on-Sea, just a few minutes' walk from the seafront and St. Leonards Warrior Square Station, and with direct buses from outside our house to the station, town centre, shops, Conquest Hospital, etc. Lots of storage space and a fast internet (included). Use of fully equipped guest kitchen/dining room, huge guest living room with TV and (optional!) table-tennnis. Accommodation is on 2nd floor of a large, safe & fiendly family home. With a large private room and bathroom you can be as private or as interactive as you feel comfortable. Most people are very happy here. Don't be offended that we are very careful about whom we choose, as it needs to be a good fit with who's here already. We are looking for a quiet, friendly, professional lodger.
