Hi there,
I have a spare room available in a lovely area of St Leonards on Sea, just a 2-minute walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station, which provides excellent direct links to London and Brighton. It’s less than a 7-minute walk to the beach and within five minutes of shops, galleries, cafes, and restaurants.

Alexandra Road is a quiet street with free parking available directly outside, as well as a park opposite called Gensing Gardens.

The room features a comfortable double bed, shelving for clothes, and a desk with a chair. The house is equipped with super-fast broadband and central heating.

You'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, as well as a shared bathroom, shower room, and toilets.

I mostly work from home but occasionally travel to Brighton or London about twice a week. Additionally, I have my 9-year-old son every other weekend.

It’s a friendly, warm, and relaxed environment. Your room will be located on the ground floor next to the toilet and shower room.

This space is ideal for a quiet, respectful professional or student who is able to work from home.

I am looking for someone honest and reliable, preferably someone who works outside the home.
