The room is ideal for people who need a place to stay for over a month up to six months (longer will be considered.). Shorter stays are possible but the price will change to a nightly or weekly rate -depending on length of stay.). A great option for creatives, contractors, locums, or freelancers who need a base, and short stays of up to six months (longer also considered). For example, commuters working in the week or on weekends; or creatives on local projects or events; professionals on contract or a doing a locum stint; health workers covering at Conquest Hospital and other centres; mature adult students; and generally people visiting family or looking after nearby relatives.

The property is 3 minutes to the Kings Road, 5 minutes to the beach, and 7 minutes to St. Leonards Warrior Square station.

Amenities include a shared kitchen, bathroom, and WC, and access to the living room (partially used as a work/rehearsal space).

The price is £575 for stays longer than a month and includes all bills: gas, electric, water, wi-fi, etc. (unless energy use is exceedingly high or Council tax registration is required - in both cases costs can be discussed, clarified, and agreed).

A deposit will be required.
