The flat is warm in the winter ( as it’s on the 6 th floor n a solid building ) and I have electric radiators. I don’t use them
Much as they can be hugely expensive but reasonable use is fine. My current lodger is a doctor and he is leaving early September to get a flat with his family.
Short stays under one month will be charged weekly at £200 per week.
