The room is generously proportioned, quiet with a leafy back garden outlook, it has with a king size bed, quality mattress, desk and chair and ample clothes storage.

Sharing all common areas including stylish living and dining room with fabulous sea views, eat-in well appointed kitchen, and a large bathroom. This is top floor apartment with stairs so not suitable for people who are less mobile.

The apartment is directly on the seafront, close to Warrior Square, and less than 10 minutes walk from St Leonards Warrior Square station, and Hastings station a short walk, so convenient to travel everywhere. Right on many local bus routes, and convenient for all areas including the Conquest Hospital.
