Cosy double room with king size bed in a beautiful maisonette equally placed between St Leonards, Hastings and the sea.

As a two bed flat you would be living alongside myself as the landlady. Room rental includes access to the bathroom, kitchen, utility room and sitting room.

The bedroom has a peaceful aspect looking out on to the lower flat’s back garden. The photos tell the rest of the story. The room comes with full fibre broadband including a couple of data points to ensure you don’t lose connection.

You will be able to walk to Hastings in about 12 minutes, and the sea and St Leonards in less time. We are about 8 minutes walk from St Leonards Warrior Square station.

A little about me as your landlady. I work as a companion and helper to the elderly. A job I love. I enjoy a peaceful life which consists or swimming, walking, meditation, being with friends and family and decorating my home! I also love listening to music… I would describe my music taste as middle of the road, and I love classical music.

The room would suit a professional looking for a peaceful and friendly place to rest their head and, when needed, a good laugh!
