Double room with ensuite available in the heart of St Leonards-on-Sea.

The flat is on Warrior Square and has a bright, spacious living room with high ceilings, overlooking both the sea and the square. It’s a really lovely flat and great value for the location. It is £650 with a month deposite , bills excluded (usually about £150 a month)

You’ll have your own ensuite shower room, and the bedrooms are quite separate from each other, so there’s a good sense of privacy. We’ll mainly share the kitchen and living room. There’s also plenty of storage space throughout the flat.

I’m looking for someone relaxed, considerate and easy-going to share the space with. It’s definitely not a party flat — more of a calm, comfortable home where everyone can enjoy their own space.

A little about me: I’m originally from Thailand and have lived in the UK for around 25 years, mostly in London. I moved to St Leonards last year and have really fallen in love with both the town and the community here.

Before becoming a chef, I worked in the creative industry, and after moving here I also ran a couple of small businesses locally. These days I’m a professional chef and run my own pop-ups and food projects along the coast and occasionally in London.

When it comes to cooking, I’m a bit of a food geek — especially when it comes to Thai food. I love experimenting, testing recipes, and generally obsessing over ingredients.

I also enjoy meeting people and being social from time to time, but I really value privacy, quiet time and a relaxed home environment. I’d love to find someone with a similar outlook — friendly and sociable, but equally happy doing their own thing.

Living with a chef does come with a few perks, and if you’re lucky you’ll probably get to taste some good Thai food along the way.
