House share

I have two rooms available in my lovely Victorian house in St Leonards, situated by Alexander park.
The house is spacious and full of character, with a large bathroom, an additional separate toilet, a very large kitchen, a separate dining room, and a bright, airy front room.
Outside, there is a large south-facing garden with two seating areas, so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day. It’s a wonderful space for relaxing, gardening, or simply spending time outdoors.
A little about me: I’m a keen gardener who loves nature and being by the sea. I enjoy history, the outdoors, and have an interest in languages.
I’m open to a couple of different arrangements:
● Letting the two bedrooms separately.
● Renting both rooms to one person, with the second room used as a home office or additional living space.
I’m flexible and mainly interested in finding the right person or people to share this lovely home.
