Light double room in spacious, peaceful flatshare

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful, three bedroom flatshare in central St Leonards. You would be sharing with two existing housemates. We are both freelancers, working in theatre and therapy, and work from home for some of the week. You would also be living with a gentle-natured, medium-sized lurcher- so a love of dogs is a huge bonus.

The room is light, very cosy in the winter months and a great size. There are two W/Cs, a shared bathroom (bath and shower), a large living room (with a wood burner) and kitchen. The flat overlooks Gensing Gardens and backs onto a protected wildlife area and so is generally very quiet.

We’re looking for a warm, respectful housemate, who is happy to share some housework. We enjoy catching up with each other, but have the space to do our own thing too. If you are looking for a calm and beautiful sanctuary, this could be the place for you.

The flat is on the second and third floor, so you’ll need to be comfortable with climbing a fair few stairs.

Available from 01/11/26. £615 per month, not including bills. Council Tax Band B.
