Hey, we've got a cute double bedroom available to rent, situated 2 minutes away from the seafront and less than 10 minute walk to the station!! We've got a cat who already lives here and he's very friendly. There are currently 2 1/2 people living here, the 1/2 is mostly in London. One of our housemates has a teenage daughter who comes and stays every now and then so please be mindful. We're looking for someone with a full time job who likes to chat and go on flat dates with us 😁, likes plants and cats and is clean. There is no parking at the property but there are spaces around on the other roads which are free. Bills are not included in the room price.
