I'm quiet and like my own space but am quite happy sharing meals, chatting and watching TV/films. I work at the Conquest Hospital but am currently working from home, so would prerer someone who goes out to work everyday. I'm clean and tidy but not OCD about it!!

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
Someone who is:
Female. Warm and friendly. Likes their own private space. Tidy/ish.
Non smoker.

INCLUDED:
Free Parking on road or close by. Fibre Broadband. Council-tax and bills. (but not home telephone). TV (freeview, Netflix, Prime).
Use of kitchen/diner for self-catering.
All furniture in room but no bedding is included

One months notice of departure
