Female Lodger for Quiet Home Warrior Sq

We have a furnished room to let in our lovely large house on a quiet street in St Leonards. The house has 4 bathrooms - 3 of which are for guest use. We are only a 3 minute walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station, the shops & restaurants on Kings Road and an 8 minute walk from the beach. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair and a desk.

The £625 monthly rent includes all heating, hot water, electricity, council tax and wifi as well as a professional weekly clean. The house has super fast wifi, sea glimpses, a lovely verdant garden and 2 gentle cats. Lodgers have access to the kitchen, a large private dining room, the deck and the garden. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. We are freelance artists, one of whom works at home during the day. For that reason we are looking for a lodger who goes to work as opposed to working from home. Our preferred lodger is ideally someone who genuinely likes cats rather than simply tolerates them. 🙂

Would suit a medical professional at the Conquest hospital or someone from a teaching profession. Long term lodgers we have had include a dentist, pharmacist and school teachers, all of whom have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the house in the evenings and early mornings. Or indeed would suit someone who works in the area from Mon-Fri and needs a home from home.
