Looking for a non smoking, respectful, professional to share our lovely, bright, sunny home in St Leonards-on-Sea.
The house is a 3 bedroom, semi detached period property with a large south facing garden.
We are located in the Silver Hill area, walking distance to shops, Conquest hospital and the beautiful Alexandra Park.
You would be welcome to also use our nearby beach hut.
I mainly work from home. I also have a cat and 2 delightful Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so an animal lover would be ideal.
My interests are property, traveling and people.
