Looking for a non smoking, respectful, professional to share a lovely, bright, sunny home in St Leonards-on-Sea.
The house is a 3 bedroom, semi detached period property with a large south facing garden.
The room is small so would suit someone who needs temporary accommodation whilst looking for a permanent place or perhaps someone on a short term assignment at the Conquest Hospital.
Located in the Silver Hill area, walking distance to shops, Conquest hospital and the beautiful Alexandra Park.
You would be welcome to also use our nearby beach hut.
I also have a cat and 2 delightful Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so an animal lover is a must.
My interests are property, traveling and people.
