Two furnished double rooms in Telscombe Cliffs

We have two fully furnished rooms available, the larger one with a large South facing balcony.

The house has a small but very functional garden with BBQ. All facilities in the house are shared. The house has all modern facilities as you would expect and has good wifi.

We are on the 14 bus route (2 min walk) and the 12 (5 mins away) both offer easy access along the coast in both directions.

I am currently living here with my wife and daughter, however my wife and I travel extensively and are planning a long trip from September, and as my daughters plans are fluid you wil have a lot of the house to yourselves possibly for extended period of time.

We have a cat so you would need to be cat friendly.

I work in the humanitarian aid sector and my daughter has just graduated in International human rights law. We are looking for someone/people that share these values.

All bills are included.

The rooms are £600 and £700, this is for a single person. We would be happy to accept a couple or a parent an child needing both rooms but in either of these scenarios we would need to discuss rental costs.
