Double Room to rent near the sea

Double room free – looking for a nice flatmate!

Hey! I’ve got a double room available in my place and I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful to share it with. I live here too, so ideally someone who’ll treat the house like their own.
The room is a small Double fully furnished and you’ll have full access to the rest of the house. All bills included and sky Tv in your room. Storage is a bit limited though, so best if you don’t have loads of stuff, or might be suitable for somebody who is here working Monday to Friday with work in Brighton .
A bit about me: I keep things clean and tidy, love fitness, cooking, wine, holidays, movies and just chilling. We’ve even got a hot tub!
Looking for one person only (no couples please) who’s easy-going and happy to keep the place nice as it’s a nice living space.
Driveway and on street free parking .Two minutes to bus stop which brings you to Brighton. The house is twenty minutes from Brighton Hospital /25mins to Brighton train station or fifteen minutes to Newhaven./ Seaford .Local Tesco supermarket two mins away.
Messsge me if it sounds like a fit for you.
