Situated in a small village just 2 miles from Hastings, a culdesac location, having the country side and town with in a few minutes walk or drive.
It's a double room for rent, recently decorated with a new bed, ( hence looks a little sterile in pics) wardrobe, large chest of draws, bedside draws with bedside lamp
Two bathrooms inc a wet room shower, living room/ large kitchen with two sofa's, large gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher freezer, fridge plus a fridge freezer, dinning table & chairs...also a solid fuel Rayburn cooker which is used during the colder months providing a warm cosy welcome upon return and being loved by all :)
Plus full gas central heating. Each house mate having individual temperature control of their room.
Utility room has washing machine, and ceiling hanging clothes dryer plus work surface.
Although house mates are responsible for cleaning, a cleaner does come in twice a month.

Full fibre wifi, gardens front & rear.

The home being deceptive in size when viewed from outside so is best visited.....

Current house mates are long term.
The only house hold rule being Respect.
Two vegetable areas available for those that like to grow thier own...... The deposit required, is £750
