Hi everyone, thanks for reading my ad. I am looking to meet up with a new house buddie who will enjoy living here and feel the house is a real home for them to enjoy! This is a single occupancy, no partners and no pets I am afraid.

We live here as single, happy , independent people, with space to enjoy as well as bumping into each other for the odd , barbeque or movie . You have your own sitting and dining room Also the room is King sized !
The house has a very warm atmosphere, a little quirky ,built in the 1700's, providing lots of space for us all to have privacy whilst also enjoying the feeling of there being other friendly people around in the background.
Westham Village is a lovely and sought after location, 5 mins to Eastbourne town centre, 15 mins Bexhill. 30 mins Brighton. . Country walks at your door step for some relaxation as well as the beach within close proximity if you like that sort of thing, Main line station to Brighton, and London main terminals. 3 pubs in walking distance!
Great walks through the fields to the beach, or up on the top of the Southdowns' and coastal path, lots of local cycling too and historic buildings etc!
Mainline train station 5 min walk, buses outside the door, oh yes and a great fish & chip shop, restaurant, pubs, live music, post office, convenience store and coffee shop a few mins walk.
Plenty of parking - Large garden, barbeque, etc, spent lockdown renovating and planting fruit trees and large borders full of flowers . A listed property with lots of character but no ghosts to worry about!
Fast Broadband, Netflix & Prime too!
