South-east facing furnished room available in 4 bedroom bungalow in Woodingdean. Room is a double size but currently has an extra wide single bed to make better use of the space. There's also a desk, small coffee table and a fitted wardrobe. Bathroom is shared with the other lodger, kitchen and lounge are shared by everybody, and 'everybody' includes myself, the landlady, and two lodgers, once the currently vacant room is occupied again. Off-road parking is available and also storage space for bikes. Situated close to the South Downs National Park, there is still easy access to central Brighton, and access to the Falmer campus is good as well. Looking for a clean, responsible, non-smoking and non-partying person who enjoys the semi-rural environment.
