Two rooms available in 4 bedroom bungalow in Woodingdean. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared lounge and kitchen/diner, plus a very large garden with veg. patch and chicken run. Off-road parking is available and also storage space for bikes. Situated close to the South Downs National Park, there is still easy access to central Brighton, and access to the Falmer campus is good as well. I'll be away for several months during each of the next two years and don't like the idea of the place being unoccupied for lengthy periods of time, hence my decision to look for lodgers again - and though I have the option of giving my chickens away to a good home, I would prefer to keep them and find mature, responsible lodgers who actively enjoy the chickens and the semi-rural lifestyle that the property offers.
