House is walkable to local shops, cafe, pub, library and doctors surgery. Bus stop only a 1 minute walk from house. Great bus service to central Brighton, London Road, all Universities and Hospitals.
I have been letting out rooms for over 15 years. I enjoy meeting new people and am easy going. I enjoy walking my (old and friendly) dog and spending time with my family.
