Cozy double room available

Lovely bright double room available in my home in Woodingdean. We are on the edge of the south downstairs national park and so have access to beautiful walks and scenery.

We have a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have good bus connections to central Brighton and are near falmer station. We are a ten minute drive to the royal Sussex hospital so the room could suit a medical student or professional.

You will be sharing the space with me and my 2 year old daughter and our cocker spaniel Bertie. We are looking for a laid back female who likes babies and animals as this is a family home.

There is free parking on our road.

I've been renovating the house for the last year, the room available is complete with brand new carpet and is freshly painted. The kitchen has not been finished yet but is perfectly functional.

I love gardening and so we have a lovely outside space to enjoy. Please message me with any questions you may have.
