We are offering a furnished single room in our welcoming, neurodiverse family home in Woodingdean. Our family consists of me, Clare, my husband Chris and our youngest daughter Melissa (aged 23).

Our home is shared with two friendly cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ and we'll soon be welcoming some chickens 🐓 to the garden, so animal lovers are especially welcome!

You'll have full use of the house facilities, including access to our large garden with SWIMMING POOL (which we use in the Summer)! 🐬🏊‍♀️☀️

All bills included (WiFi, council tax, water, electric and gas).

The house is a 3 min walk from Cowley Drive shops in Woodingdean, with a small parade of shops and a bus stop with regular bus routes into Brighton (about 30 mins into the centre). Both the University of Brighton and the University of Sussex take around 20 mins by bus.

I am a primary school teacher and have hosted many students over the years. We enjoy sharing our home with people who are independent, respectful, and happy living in a family setting.
