We have one double room suitable for a professional person, single professional occupancy available from 2nd June in this modern friendly house. It features a solid oak kitchen with granite tops and Britannia Range. The kitchen has a breakfast bar plus a dining table. it also features a seating area and wall mounted smart TV.
There is a large modern shower room with vanity unit and a second separate large shower room, both wth heated towel rails. Each shower has a rain head and a hand held shower head. There is a separate downstairs toilet too. There is a ratio of 2 bedrooms to 1 shower room.

The room has a large wardrobe, bedside tables with drawers, bedside lamp and smart TV .. The double bed has a pocket sprung mattress with a mattress protector provided.

The house offers Freeview in all the bedrooms and kitchen. All utility bills are included, as well as council tax and fast speed BT Hub Broadband. There is also weekly professional cleaners for the communal areas and a gardener fortnightly during the growing season.

Outside there are 2 outhouses which are ideal for safely storing bikes. There is a garden, a patio, furniture and a separate decked area.
