The rooms are furnished with wardrobes, bedside table with drawers, bedside lamp. The double bed has a pocket sprung mattress with new mattress protectors provided.

The house offers Freeview TV in all bedrooms and the kitchen. All utility bills are included, including council tax and fast speed BT Hub Broadband. There is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener fortnightly during the growing season.

Outside are 2 outhouses - ideal for safely storing bikes & larger items. There is a garden, patio, outdoor furniture, a line for drying clothes in the warmer months and a separate decked area.
