This bedroom also has a private balcony with furniture. Available from 29th May.

The house is within walking distance of the town centre (10 minutes) and rail station. It is also conveniently situated for easy access to the hospital 20 minute walk or short bike ride.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, with 3 fridge freezers, 5 ring hob and integrated oven and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the utility area. There is a large island with a breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen along with a lounge area with soft seating and 40” smart TV on the wall which looks out on to the garden and patio. All bedrooms and the lounge area have Freeview.

There is parking on the drive and free parking in the cul de sac road.

The monthly room rate includes all utility bills, fibre wifi, TV licence and council tax etc. A regular weekly cleaning service for the communal areas is also included. A garden with patio is provided for all tenants with a weekly gardener.
