A fantastic opportunity for a professional single person or couple to enjoy a modern double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes in a spacious two-bedroom flat.

This is a unique arrangement, as you will have sole use of the property for the vast majority of the time. I am only in residence every other weekend, when I stay on Friday night and throughout Saturday while spending time with my five-year-old son. Outside of those times, the property is yours to enjoy.

You’ll also be responsible for feeding them, ensuring they have fresh water, and cleaning the litter tray when needed.

Utility bills are included up to an agreed monthly cap. Any usage above this amount will be the responsibility of the lodger.

Professionals only. Non-smokers only. Smoking is not permitted inside the property but is allowed in the designated car park area.

References, proof of employment/income, and ID will be required.
