Quiet and peaceful area in Boreham. Nice outlook over fields. Very near to local shops, bus stop and short drive to the Station. Free parking outside.
Garden. Shared sitting room kitchen and modern bathroom.
Very easy going live in landlady. I have a small well trained dog and a shy cat who sleeps all day.

Would suit someone who loves animals and is perhaps willing to muck in and dog walk on occasions, but not all the time.
Someone who is well house trained, cleans up after themselves but who is easy going. A good sense of humour essential.
The room is very small with 2 windows. Would suit short or long term.
