Single furnished room with sole use of en-suite

I have a single, furnished bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, in a large house in Braintree. I am semi retired and live with my daughter and another female lodger.

The room comes with sole use of an en-suite bathroom and is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the house.

The house is situated in a pleasant, tranquil, secluded setting, on a quiet housing development, overlooking a beautiful park, with free street parking.

The property is a 10-15 minute walk to Cressing Station, which has links to London Liverpool Street, Stratford, Chelmsford, Witham, Braintree, and Colchester. Ten minute drive to A12 and very close to the A120, A131, Stansted Airport, Broomfield Hospital, Braintree Town Centre, Witham Town Centre and Braintree Village (Freeport).

Occupier would have use of separate fridge/freezer and separate storage cupboards and drawers, shared use of washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave and other household appliances. Shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining room, conservatory, TV and super fast broadband.

Rent is to be paid on first day of the month. £300 deposit required up front, to cover any damage or breakages, during stay. This would be fully refundable at end of stay or minus any cost of any damage or breakages (if applicable). Receipts for any repairs or replacements would be provided and balance of deposit refunded, if applicable. All bills included. No couples. No pets. Non-smoker only. I have one cat.
