You will have your own bedroom and lounge plus shared wetroom (only used as a downstairs loo when we have visitors) and shared kitchen. All fully furnished. Parking on private driveway. Fibre broadband and all bills, including council tax. We are a husband and wife with a 20 year old son. We also have a small friendly dog and cat.
