Room in flat, unfurnished. relaxed & respectful

We have a spare room in the flat and are looking for a suitable flatmate to move in as soon as possible.

The room available is a good size room, unfurnished, and with lots of natural light. Could fit a single or double bed. Please see photos for details.

Located near town centre and other local amenities.

The flat has a shared communal kitchen with storage space, electric hob & oven, microwave, washing machine, and a big fridge freezer. There's also a shared bathroom.

As a flat, we are respectful, honest, and it's pretty chill. We are both professionals and I have stayed on as a tenant for over a year. Although Damien is a live-in landlord he only stays in the flat 2-3 days per week, so it never feels crowded here.
