This people who live in the house are working professionals (one who works shifts). Therefore, we are looking for a working professional who is quiet and respectful like ourselves. Although the flat is separate from the house the walls are shared and noise travels.

Transport links are Brentwood and Shenfield are both approximately a 7 minute drive or 30 minute walk. We are located between both, the main line is the Elisabeth line which takes you into central London in about 35 mins.
