This is a clean well sized double room with Double bed (from Dreams), Double floor to ceiling wardrobe (Pax - from Ikea), large chest of drawers and bedside table/drawers (Malm - from Ikea). The room is grey and white and has lovely double doors out to the garden. It has just become available, and from experience will go quickly - so call text/call asap to arrange a viewing. Please note: Due to council licensing, we ARE NOT ALLOWED to take couples. Single occupancy working professionals only please.
There is also a slightly smaller double bedroom, which is also a garden facing room, with access to the main bathroom upstairs; plus there is a downstairs toilet with additional shower; so plenty of facilities. This room has just been cleaned, repainted and re-carpeted and is effectively Brand new again with a recently purchased mattress (unused). We also offer a bedding welcome pack that you can buy, if required.
