I'm looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my lovely two-bedroom apartment in central Brentwood.
The flat is on the seventh floor and has a really warm, cosy and homely feel. It's spacious, peaceful and quiet, with beautiful open views across Brentwood and the surrounding countryside, including the church – particularly lovely in the evenings.
The room available is a furnished double bedroom with a desk, so it's also well suited to someone who occasionally works from home.
One of the nicest things about the set-up is the privacy. I have my own en-suite bathroom, so the main bathroom would essentially be yours to use privately.
You'll also have use of the shared kitchen and living space. The flat is very much a home rather than a typical busy house-share, and it would only ever be the two of us living here.
Becket House is very centrally located for Brentwood, with the High Street and Crown Street close by and Brentwood station within easy walking distance – 6 mins or so. Ideal for commuting into London.
£1,100 per month, including bills.
I'm ideally looking for one clean, considerate and easy-going professional who appreciates a peaceful home. Someone who works hybrid, travels for work or isn't necessarily at home seven days a week would be particularly well suited, although finding the right person is more important than rushing to fill the room.
I'm the owner and live in the property myself, so I'm looking for someone who will feel comfortable and at home here while also being respectful of each other's space.
