We have a newly furnished house and room, comfortable double room available in our home in Brentwood, with all bills included.

The property is in a great location for commuters, just an 8-minute walk from Sheffield Station and only a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There’s also easy access to the A12 if you drive.

The room has been newly furnished and comes with a TV, bed and other essentials if required.

Our previous tenants lived with us for around two years and were absolutely amazing, so we’re hoping to find someone equally respectful, clean, friendly and easy-going who would like to make this their home for a while.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, polite, friendly and trustworthy. As I travel abroad quite often, it’s important that we find someone responsible and respectful whom we can feel comfortable sharing our home with.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who works full-time, is preferably a non-smoker, and wants somewhere to call home for the longer term rather than just a short stay.

There will initially be a one-month trial period so that everyone has the opportunity to make sure the living arrangement is a good fit. If everyone is happy, we can then agree a longer-term arrangement.

Single occupancy: £700 per month
Couples: £900 per month
