West Brentwood/ Great Warley, Brentwood. Looking for a non smoking female (or smoke outside) to join 2 other females in 3 bed terraced house in Warley. Midweek or weekends for £115 per week or a full timer for £150 a week. The room has a small double (Queen size) bed. It has a clothing rail, chair, bedside table, full size long mirror and it's own wash basin with a large storage cabinet above and below it. Some of the furniture can be taken out if required. New matrass and new matrass protector and 2 new bed sheets. No duvet, pillows or duvet cover provided. A boyfriend can stay up to 3 nights a week as any more nights would go into the majority of the week and it's let for 1 person only.

1 shower cubicle and 2 toilets to share. There is an indoor only cat which is a happy soul and no trouble. We are a clean and quite household so we like a clean and quite person to join us. Off street parking outside the car port. It is close to the Ford building and The Fat Turk and approximately 15 minutes walk to Brentwood station which is on the Elizabeth Line. There is a bus stop to the station and high street close-by too. There are local convenience stores and several pubs at a few minutes walk. I've had lodgers for many years and am easy going.
