You would be living with two professionals so it would suit a quiet or mature student, or you would also be a professional yourself. Ideally someone who can be respectful, living in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. We are two quiet girls, enjoy gym life and chilling with Netflix or seeing friends for dinner.

I have a fully equipped house so it would also be suitable for Erasmus/international students. It includes: fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, crockery and glasses.

I am located walking distance to Broomfield Hospital. It is a short bus ride to Chelmsford train station/town centre/Anglia Ruskin University, or a 15 minute cycle ride.

I am renting out one room in my 3 bed house. I will be in the third room. The large double is occupied.
