Bright double room available in a friendly 2-bed flatshare in a great location.

The flat itself is spacious, clean, and fully furnished, with a comfortable shared living area and well-equipped kitchen featuring a Rangemaster cooker, vintage Smeg fridge, and wine cooler. The available bedroom is unfurnished.

There’s a bathroom with both a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet, which makes day-to-day flat sharing much easier.

The flat also has a nice little balcony with incredible views, as well as access to a large communal garden.

You’d be sharing with me - I’m a friendly guy, happy to chat or socialise in the evenings and weekends, but also respectful of people wanting their own space and downtime. Looking for someone similarly easygoing, tidy, and considerate who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

The area has great transport links plus plenty of cafés, shops, gyms, and loads of green space nearby, with beautiful lakes, parks, and Epping Forest on the doorstep.
