I have a clean, fully furnished, double room for rent in CM1, with City Centre accessible by foot (a 20minute walk) or bus stop within 5 mins of property straight into centre
access to Main family bathroom with shower and bath, large family kitchen with double oven, and large seperate dining/seating area. all bills and unlimited broadband is included in the £750 rental along with unlimited access to double oven, washing machine and tumble dryer/washing line)

I would prefer a single occupant but will happily accept a Couple at £850 pcm

We have 1 very friendly cat. The room is carpeted, rear-facing with a large double window with lots of storage space.

I currently live alone at the property . I carryout the housekeeping for the whole house (room excluded) and will offer a kitchen (grocery) cupboard and fridge and freezer shelf for your sole use..
