The shared areas include a spacious, open-plan living room/dining room with two extra large study desks/chairs, a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, extensive summer patio area and garden. Parking is available by request.

The house is located approx. 5 mins walk from Chelmsford Rail/Bus station, 3 min walk to Anglia Ruskin University, a short bus ride to Broomfield Hospital & Writtle University College.

Ideally suited for 3 female students looking for a quiet environment, pleasant surroundings with plenty of space and privacy. Utility bills and broadband are included (subject to T&Cs & reasonable use).

No pets allowed and only non-smokers, please. Kindly note this is an all-female house share.
