All house sharers are professional working individuals. Our rooms are suitable for single occupancy only (we do not accept couples, pets or children, sorry)
Applicants must be able to pay first months rent in advance as well as £750 security deposit. You need a provable income in excess of £22,500pa.
We are private landlords and we do not live at the property. You will be dealing directly with us throughout your tenancy, (no agency)
