Double room available for rent in March. Looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy to the join the little house family. You will be sharing the house with 1 female, 1 male & 1 loving Spaniel Dog. We share house duties (cooking, groceries etc) just to make things more economic to live… also saves you cooking a few times a week! (This is normally Monday - Thurs, then wing the weekend depending on who’s around)
The house has been renovated over the last few years, making for a great place to chill out. There is a spacious decking area with comfy sofas, a pizza oven and bbq etc.
Situated in Old Moulsham, The street and general area is super quiet, within 5-10mins walk to town centre and 10-15mins walk to the train station.
I’ve a long drive (space for 1 car), carport and garage and a permit to park on the street.
The house has fibre internet and amazing wifi through out.
