Room 4 has a double bed, and benefits from an adjoining dressing room and home office, complete with modern furnishings. Shares bathroom with only one other room. Available 13th May

This property benefits from fantastic communal space; large lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful garden with patio. Parking is available both on street or in the carpark to the rear, there is also a shed for bike storage. All rooms are offered fully furnished to a high standard.

Room rates are inclusive of Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, High speed Broadband, TV License and weekly cleaning of communal areas.
