Furnished to a high standard, we offer a one bed, one bathroom annexe for rent on a flexible basis.

The bedroom contains a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. Good quality linen.

The ensuite bathroom has a generous shower with good quality linen.

The lounge is furnished with a two seater sofa and snuggle chair.

The kitchen diner has a washer dryer, fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, microwave etc.

This is parking for 2 cars available.

The large garden is shared and maintained by us.

All bills are included.

My husband and I live in a detached property, he works from home, I am retired. We do have a lively older puppy, so we are unable to allow pets.

The annexe would ideally suit a contractor or professional person/couple.

Couple's rate is £1500 per month.
