The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers
The rent includes all bills, wifi and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas
There are two communal showers and toilets shared with 4 other rooms (3 girls and 1 guy).
The house is shared with a friendly mix of professional guys and girls in their 20's - 30's, similar tenant required
Please note we ask all tenants for a guarantor and have one full time tenant per room (we do not allow couples or sharers in one room due to our license with the local Council)
