Lovely room in quiet home close to city centre

Part-week rentals are possible.
The room is for one person only, on the first floor, sunny and with a lovely view over the garden. It has just been redecorated and contains a double bed, lots of storage, a desk and chairs.
The bathroom is not for you exclusively but I use it very little.
The kitchen has space for eating.
I live alone and I like a tidy, quiet and organised home.
Heating, broadband and most utilities are included. Council Tax (Band D) is £50 pm extra - IF you need to pay it. Use of the sitting room is by negotiation.
Street parking is always available.
Access to the main roads through Chelmsford is very easy. You can walk or cycle into the centre. Buses stop at the end of the road.
