Double room in a quiet house shared with 1 other person (2 in the summer) in Beaulieu/Channels area of Chelmsford. Would suit a student as can be rented Sept-May/June only or the full year. (NB lounge is used as a bedroom in the summer months so rent would reduce to £600pm). Shared kitchen, lounge/diner and bathroom, second toilet, garden and plenty of parking. 3 minutes walk to bus to central Chelmsford and 7 minutes walk to bus to Anglia Ruskin and the new Beaulieu Park train station. Cafes and supermarkets close by and lots of green spaces, including road-free walk or cycle to the train station. I have a small dog and would consider somebody with a dog but no cats or other pets. Females preferred.
